Empowering Nakuru Through Sports: A Vision for Excellence and Opportunity

If elected Governor of Nakuru County in 2027, my vision for sports is to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable sports ecosystem that empowers youth, enhances community well-being, and boosts the county’s economic growth. I will prioritize the development of state-of-the-art sports facilities in every sub-county, ensuring access for all. I will also lobby and seek to implement training programs for coaches and sports professionals to elevate local talent. By partnering with schools, local clubs, and national sports bodies, we will create pathways for our youth to compete locally and internationally. Additionally, I will encourage private-sector investment in sports, promoting tourism through sporting events and fostering a thriving local economy. With a focus on sports science, health, and wellness, Nakuru will be a hub for athletes, while also promoting the benefits of physical activity for all ages.
